11 Reason why you aren't slimming yet...

If you have gone through many exercise, diet and even taking slimming pill to help you slim but there's no result or what so ever then this 11 reason might answer your question:

1. Your exercise in not hard enoughExercise

Most people think that running couple of mile and some sit ups everyday is enough to shape their body but this is not true. To shape up your body you would also need medium-high intensity cardio exercise with several strength training work out.

Now if you are newbie in exercise you might want to have a slow start, start with something really easy and make your way up to harder level as you getting used to it. For a good slimming process you would need about 5 cardio medium-high cardio workouts every week with 30 minute exercise each and also some strength training such as weight lifting, you would need to lift weight for 2 non-consecutive days a week. This is just a suggestion if you seriously want to be slim then add this two exercise in your daily life (Medium-high cardio exercise and weight lifting)

2.You aren't in control of your calorie intake in other word you are over eating

Now i know that it's very troublesome to track your own daily calorie intake, but let us remind you that if you aren't controlling your daily calorie then it might be the main culprit in why you aren't slimming yet. There are many restaurants that give you food portion that enough to feed several people, so remember to control your food portion.

If you are serious in having that dream slim body of yours then we suggest you take the exact measure of your calorie intake, start with the weekly food intake journal to know how many calorie you take in one week. Average normal women would have a calorie intake about 1500-2000 calorie, if you are above this calorie intake then you need to cut your calorie intake or pay it up by making more effort in exercise.

3. Inconsistency with the exercise and healthy eating

your exercise is not consistent enough, your skip couple of daily exercise and also you giving in to food temptation easily. For exercise to work you need to do it in a consistent daily basis, if you skip too much exercise then it's more likely that you must start over. Not even one exercise is skip able to ensure a long term commitment and consistency.

To make this easier you need to find an exercise that fits with your lifestyle, don't take exercise that are too hard but promise quick result instead use a normal exercise that are suitable for you and you can take it everyday with ease. 4. Over restrain yourselfReward

Now we know that when you are doing the regular exercise and healthy eating day after day without feeling bored is impossible, there are always some point where you just want to have that slice of fat hamburger or pizza. If you keep your mind on the food like this when you know that you shouldn't take that food then you are torturing yourself which resulting more stress.

For this reason, you must always reward yourself in the end of the week if you have done the exercise and healthy eating properly. Taking a couple of pizza and burger won't hurt your weight in fact it would relieve that restraining torturing thought of yours, Making you more eager to do the exercise.

5. Over rewarding yourself

Healthy food and notIf we mention above that you aren't suppose to over restrain yourself it is also important that you don't over reward yourself. You don't want to have the week exercise and healthy eating to go in a waste right?

To make it easier for you we suggest that you only reward yourself with a 400-500 calorie food when you done the daily exercise and healthy eating for one week.

 

6. Too much stress

Stress has everything to do with your weight you know, stress can make your body increase the cortisol hormon which resulting increase in appetite and also increase in fat storage in the abdominal region, where this could lead to diabetes, high cholesterol and other health problem.

Remember to take the time out when you are feeling stress, read book or doing something that you really enjoy to lower your stress lever. A massage or aroma theraphy is our suggestion for a quick result in reducing the stress.

7. Sleep deprivation

When you aren't getting enough sleep you trigger the increase and reduction of two hormones, leptin and grehlin. Leptin suppresses appetite, while Grehlin increase your appetite and may also cause people to stop losing weight. Now when you aren't getting enough sleep the Leptin hormon decrease and increse the Grehlin hormon resulting greater appetite than ever. It is possible that your weight is caused, or made worse by sleep deprivation.

Getting your sleep problems diagnosed and treated may be the first step in accomplishing your slimming progress. If you've tried everything to be slim and nothing seems to be working then Lack of sleep may be the one that is keeping you from achieving slimming progress..

8. Need more time to show result

Now we know that everyone want to see their result when they have done the exercise and healthy diet, but the problem is shaping up is not something that you can see the result in a daily basis.

To make a great result you would need about 500 calorie deficit a day for a week, this is measured by taking your daily calorie intake reduce by the amount of calorie you burn by exercise. If your daily calorie intake is 2000 calorie then you need 500 calorie to be burn by exercise, if your daily calorie intake is 2500 then you need to cut the food intake by 500 and exercise 500 or you could do hard exercise to burn 1000 calorie. Now we know that measuring calorie in exercise is a hard task so you just need to make an assumption on it, if your assumption tell you that you have burn about 400 calorie in exercise then cut about 25% of it so it would only 300 calorie, then you need to do another 200 calorie.

9. You have certain medical condition

DiagnoseLot's of people who want to lose weight or be slim can't because they have certain medical condition that them self don't realize it, for example is thyroid disease. Thyroid deficiency could cause lower metabolism rate and thus making it more easier to gain weight. There are couple of disease that could lead to weight increase.

You should see a medical expert to know whether you have a medical condition that support your weight issues.

10. You reach your the maximum limit of your body shape

There are always time where your exercise find it's limit, the exercise won't burn more calorie as it used to be and it also slow the progress of your slimming process.

Here are some reason why this could happen:

Your exercise is too routine and never raise the challenge. Your body always need more challenge in time to time so it can burn more calorie efficiently, we suggest you change your exercise routine every month.

Not enough nutrition when you are exercising, this could also be a problem. When you are exercising the nutrition are needed to fuel the burning process and without it you might not getting enough fuel to burn calorie. We suggest you always eat before you exercise but take the time to digest it first before exercise.

Over training. This could also lead to lower calorie burn, your body is over rust and over burden by the hard exercise everyday which lead to uneffecient calorie burn.

11. You already have the slim body

There are people who always unsatisfied with their body even though everyone else would say that they already have the ideal slim body. This could be a reaction to a media or a movie where the super thin superstar become their role model. But seriously you must be aware with your own body, look at the mirror and ask your self "do you really want to be more thinner than this?"
